The Lands of Molokai setting by Daemoneye Publishing for 3.0 and 3.5 was only sold online. It is a Psionics friendly gameworld that was a setting for their Psionics Companion. (This isn't an advertisment...you can't buy it anymore, I'm telling you how great it WAS. :)
I helped to playtest this, it was badass, so I have seen how far you can go in marketing your own product from playtest to sale. You can do it, but you'll need heart.
